The (USA) Manager, Assortment Activation leads the planning and execution of modular assortment initiatives, ensuring efficient resource allocation and adherence to quality standards. The team collaborates across functions with merchants, planning, and replenishment to develop and execute strategies for key seasonal events. They focus on data-driven decision making and category strategy to optimize product placement and customer experience. Responsibilities include managing modular design layouts, validating execution accuracy, and driving continuous process improvements. Leveraging strong project coordination, resource allocation, and communication skills, the team ensures alignment with category goals while maintaining accountability. Their efforts deliver measurable results through effective workload planning, execution oversight, and ongoing refinement of practices to support operational excellence.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in workload planning, scheduling, and resource allocation to optimize team performance and meet deadlines.
  • Strong project coordination skills with the ability to manage timelines, dependencies, and risks effectively.
  • Expertise in modular execution standards and quality assurance to ensure consistent, high-quality outcomes.
  • Excellent communication skills to translate complex needs into actionable plans and maintain clear stakeholder updates.
  • Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop team members, fostering continuous improvement and operational excellence.
  • Proficient in data analysis and problem-solving to identify improvement opportunities and drive process enhancements.
  • Commitment to integrity, ethical conduct, and adherence to company policies and values.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, merchandising, operations, or related area and 2 years’ experience in retail operations, merchandising, or modular execution.
  • 4 years’ experience in retail operations, merchandising, or modular execution, with demonstrated coordination ownership.
