Requirements

  • Proven experience in managing cross-functional initiatives and executing business strategies to drive operational excellence.
  • Strong skills in data analysis and project management to identify needs, measure progress, and adjust plans effectively.
  • Ability to develop and communicate clear business plans and priorities, removing barriers to enhance performance.
  • Expertise in building relationships with stakeholders and providing actionable insights to senior management.
  • Demonstrated adaptability and commitment to continuous learning and process improvement.
  • Excellent communication skills to influence and collaborate across varied teams and audiences.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field OR 2 years’ experience in business management, merchandising, or related area.

Responsibilities

  • Support execution of business plans by identifying operational needs and removing obstacles to enhance performance.
  • Manage cross-functional initiatives impacting store and corporate processes, including merchandising programs and communications.
  • Provide insights and recommendations on merchandise priorities and system support developments to senior management.
  • Develop, review, and improve training programs and materials to ensure alignment with updated procedures.
  • Analyze data to drive solutions for business challenges and operational improvements.
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with stakeholders to implement effective business solutions.
  • Monitor progress, adjust plans, and promote continuous learning and adaptability across teams.
