About The Position

The Senior Retail Sales Operations Manager owns the operational infrastructure behind the retail, wholesale and distributor sales channels across Transparent Labs and Jacked Factory. This person ensures that new accounts launch cleanly, SKUs are set up correctly, retailer portals are maintained, orders move through the system accurately, invoicing workflows are reliable, deductions are tracked, compliance issues are reduced, and the Sales team has clear operational visibility.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years Experience in CPG, supplements, health & wellness, sports nutrition
  • Must have Mass Retail Set up Experience: (Target, Walmart, Costco, etc)
  • Experience supporting national retail launches and high-volume replenishment accounts
  • Experience managing retailer portals including Walmart Retail Link, Target Partners Online, Costco, EDI systems, etc.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects across Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, and Operations

Responsibilities

  • Retailer onboarding: Own new account onboarding checklist, Coordinate vendor setup requirements, Manage retailer portal access and setup tasks, Track banking, insurance, tax, and compliance documentation, Coordinate internal account setup across Sales, Finance, Ops, and Warehouse, Ensure new accounts have clear owners before launch.
  • SKU and product setup: Own SKU setup workflow across retail systems, Coordinate PIM data completion, Manage 1WorldSync/1WS setup process, Manage SPINS Product Hub setup process, Oversee EDI/SPS processes, Coordinate retailer-specific item setup forms, Track SKU approval status, Resolve rejected or incomplete item submissions, Ensure product data is complete: UPCs, case packs, dimensions, weights, images, claims, descriptions, pricing.
  • Order management process: Own PO intake and tracking process, Validate POs for pricing, quantities, ship windows, and item accuracy, Coordinate with Customer Supply Chain on inventory availability, Coordinate with Warehouse/Ops on fulfillment status, Maintain open order tracker, Escalate blocked or delayed orders, Help standardize order process by account type.
  • Invoice workflow: Reduce manual invoicing burden on Account Managers, Ensure invoices match PO, shipment, and pricing details, Track sent, unpaid, short-paid, and disputed invoices, Coordinate invoice exceptions with Finance and Account Managers, Continue to Identify opportunities for automation or EDI improvement.
  • Retail compliance: Maintain customer-specific compliance requirements (chargebacks, deductions, shipment rejections, ASN failure, ETC ), Coordinate routing guide review with Account Manager/Warehouse, Ensure ASN, labeling, shipping, and documentation requirements are understood, Track recurring compliance issues, Maintain deduction/chargeback tracker, Coordinate root-cause analysis for deductions, Work cross-functionally to prevent repeat issues.
  • Launch project management: Build launch plans for major new retailers, Run weekly launch readiness meetings, Track SKU setup, inventory readiness, portal readiness, fulfillment readiness, order readiness, and invoice readiness, Partner with Amanda on supply readiness, Partner with Category Manager on assortment/item details, Partner with Sales Director on commercial decisions, Lead post-launch retrospectives.
  • Reporting and visibility: Maintain account operations dashboards, Publish weekly open PO and launch status updates, Maintain SKU setup tracker, Maintain deductions tracker, Maintain invoice status tracker, Flag operational risks to Sales Director, Create visibility into process bottlenecks.
  • SOPs and process improvement: Build SOPs for repeatable workflows, Train Sales and Account Managers on processes, Create templates and checklists, Identify manual work that should be automated or moved to Finance/Ops, Create scalable processes before additional large accounts are added.
