Our Product Consumer Insights team occupies a central role in uncovering the evolving needs of our members, generating insights at each step of their product experience to drive more business impact and member joy. Netflix is expanding beyond shows and movies into games, advertising, live sports, live events, and more. This Senior Researcher role will focus on evaluating, prioritizing, and shaping fast-moving, newer company-wide bets, with the aim of continuing to delight members in our mission to entertain the world. We are looking for a seasoned researcher who has deep experience leading innovative, zero-to-one research in new spaces, with demonstrable impact on a global scale. You will be responsible for defining, leading, analyzing, and socializing research studies that generate insights to empower business and product decisions across the company. You’ll partner with cross-functional teams who are passionate about delivering the most engaging, innovative, and inclusive experiences.
