Genea is growing fast, and how we protect and grow our recurring revenue is becoming more important every quarter. This is a rare opportunity to own and shape our renewals function for our Security product from the ground up. As our first dedicated Senior Renewals Manager, you won’t just process renewals—you’ll define how renewals are done at Genea: the process, the policies, the playbooks, and the commercial standards that turn a reactive, deadline-driven scramble into a proactive, value-led motion. You’ll get the book caught up, move us to a consistent forward-looking renewal cadence, and over time evolve the role into a value-confirmation and light expansion (upsell/cross-sell) motion that grows net revenue retention. This is a senior, high-autonomy individual-contributor role for someone who sees a high-potential function and is energized by the chance to build it into a best-in-class one. You’ll partner daily with Finance, Sales, and Customer Success, leverage offshore support for operational scale, and have the runway to bring AI and automation into the workflow. Just as important, this is a build role with room to grow: you’ll stand the function up from the ground floor, and as the book and the motion scale, a high performer will have the opportunity to grow it into a renewals team—and to grow with it into the leader who manages that team.
