About The Position
Aegis Therapies, a leading provider of contract rehabilitation and wellness services, is seeking a Senior Rehab Program Manager for their Outpatient Physical Therapy Assistant program. This role offers a unique opportunity to improve the lives of seniors in a lovely community setting while developing leadership skills. The Program Manager will be the primary point of contact for customers, residents, and staff, treating patients and gaining experience in administrative tasks such as scheduling and liaising with the Area Manager. This position is ideal for individuals who are customer-focused, relationship-oriented, and ambitious, with a desire to make a meaningful impact.
Requirements
- Current license or ability to obtain as a Therapist/Assistant in the state of practice.
- Must meet Clinical Competency requirements.
- Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities
- Treat patients while gaining leadership experience with administrative tasks.
- Serve as a liaison for the Area Manager.
- Develop relationships with customers, residents, and staff.
- Provide clinical mentorship and support.
