About The Position

This new role involves supporting Program Managers at multiple communities (LaCrosse, Havenwood, and Springbook of Onalaska) and acting as a liaison with the Area Manager. The position requires managing payroll oversight, KPIs, orienting new staff, and scheduling. A significant portion of the day (50-60%) will still be dedicated to providing therapy. The role offers great work-life balance and flexibility in hours. It is a full-time position within assisted living, independent living, and outpatient settings, working with higher-functioning residents. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, skilled at developing relationships, and ambitious. This role provides the opportunity to improve the lives of seniors while developing leadership skills as the key contact for customers, residents, and staff.

Requirements

Current license or ability to obtain as a Therapist/Assistant in the state of practice
Must meet Clinical Competency requirements
