Senior Rehab Program Manager - Physical Therapist - Outpatient
About The Position
This role offers a great opportunity to gain leadership experience managing several locations, including LaCrosse, Havenwood, and Springbook of Onalaska. In this new role, you will be supporting Program Managers at the communities and acting as the liaison with the Area Manager. You will be managing the oversight of Payroll, KPIs, orienting new staff, and scheduling. You will continue to provide therapy 50-60% of your day. This position offers great work/life balance and flexibility of hours. It is a full-time position. The setting includes Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Outpatient Clinics, working with higher functioning residents. The schedule is Monday to Friday, with no weekends or evenings. Requirements
- Current license or ability to obtain as a Therapist/Assistant in the state of practice
- Must meet Clinical Competency requirements
