About The Position

This new role involves supporting Program Managers at several communities (LaCrosse, Havenwood, and Springbook of Onalaska) and acting as a liaison with the Area Manager. The position requires managing payroll, KPIs, orienting new staff, and scheduling, while also providing therapy for 50-60% of the day. The role offers great work/life balance and flexibility of hours. The setting is Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Outpatient within a lovely community, working with higher functioning residents. Aegis Therapies, a leading provider of contract rehabilitation and wellness services, is hiring a Program Manager to join their supportive team.

Requirements

Current license or ability to obtain as a Therapist/Assistant in the state of practice
Must meet Clinical Competency requirements
Customer focused
Great at developing relationships
