About The Position

Aegis Therapies, a leading provider of contract rehabilitation and wellness services, is seeking a Senior Rehab Program Manager - Occupational Therapist for their outpatient setting. This role offers a great work-life balance and flexibility in hours, working Monday to Friday with no weekends or evenings. The position is ideal for someone customer-focused, relationship-oriented, and ambitious, offering the chance to improve the lives of seniors while developing leadership skills. The Program Manager will be the go-to person for customers, residents, and staff, treating patients and gaining experience in administrative tasks like scheduling and liaising with the Area Manager.

Requirements

• Current license or ability to obtain as a Therapist/Assistant in the state of practice
• Must meet Clinical Competency requirements
• Current CPR certification
