About The Position

JRK Property Holdings is seeking a Senior Recruiter to join their Talent Acquisition team and serve as a strategic hiring partner across their growing multifamily, hospitality, and corporate portfolio. This role is an opportunity to directly influence how the company attracts, hires, and retains top talent across a national organization. The Senior Recruiter will lead full-cycle recruitment efforts for leadership, specialized, and business-critical positions while partnering closely with operations leaders, executives, and hiring managers to develop hiring strategies, workforce plans, and talent pipelines that support the company's long-term growth. The ideal candidate is passionate about sourcing exceptional talent, using data to drive decisions, improving processes, and building strong partnerships with business leaders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a corporate, agency, or blended environment.
  • Proven success recruiting leadership, specialized, or difficult-to-fill positions.
  • Strong passive sourcing and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience partnering with senior leaders and hiring managers in a consultative capacity.
  • Ability to analyze recruiting metrics and use data to drive decision-making.
  • Exceptional communication, organization, and project management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with multiple competing priorities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to write and speak clearly and free of typos or grammatical mistakes.
  • Willingness and desire to cold call candidates as needed to fill open positions.
  • Treats everyone with respect and dignity, accepts responsibility and takes ownership of tasks, follows through on commitments, and maintains confidentiality.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, strong time management skills with a proven ability to meet goals and deadlines.
  • Ability to function well in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Minimum of three years of experience as a recruiter either in a corporate or agency setting.
  • Demonstrated experience in supporting C-suite clients.
  • Ability to schedule travel, calendars, and meetings; skilled in preparing a variety of correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Knowledge of local, state, and federal employment laws, regulations, and agency rules about recruitment and selection.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience within multifamily, hospitality, real estate, or related industries is preferred.
  • Significant experience in passive recruiting is preferred.
  • Experience with applicant tracking and onboarding systems a plus.
  • English/Spanish verbal and written skills highly desired.
  • Current human resources certification preferred.
  • Understanding of the commercial real estate industry multifamily sector is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for multifamily, hospitality, and corporate positions, with a primary focus on leadership-level, hard-to-fill, and high-impact roles.
  • Develop creative sourcing strategies to identify and engage both active and passive candidates.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and recurring positions across the organization.
  • Partner with hiring managers throughout the recruiting process, serving as a trusted advisor on talent availability, compensation expectations, interview strategy, and candidate selection.
  • Collaborate with operational and executive leadership to understand business objectives and develop recruiting strategies that support workforce needs.
  • Participate in workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational growth initiatives.
  • Provide market intelligence on hiring trends, competitor activity, compensation benchmarks, and talent availability.
  • Monitor and analyze recruiting metrics, including time-to-fill, source effectiveness, candidate conversion rates, and hiring outcomes.
  • Utilize data and reporting to identify trends, improve recruiting performance, and influence hiring decisions.
  • Evaluate current recruiting processes and recommend improvements that enhance efficiency, candidate experience, and hiring success.
  • Help develop and maintain recruiting procedures, training resources, and best practices for hiring managers and interview teams.
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from initial outreach through onboarding.
  • Create compelling job advertisements and recruitment marketing content.
  • Support recruiting events, job fairs, networking initiatives, and employer branding efforts.
