About The Position

Klaviyo is seeking a Go-to-Market Recruiter to join their Talent Acquisition team in a contract capacity. This role offers the opportunity to build relationships with go-to-market leaders and contribute to Klaviyo's hyper-growth by hiring exceptional individuals. The recruiter will manage their own recruiting numbers, including sourcing, screening, and hiring, and will use analytics to improve the hiring process. The position is based in the Boston office and is an hourly role paid through an external partner.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of recruiting experience
  • Significant experience hiring within sales, customer success, and marketing
  • Strong sourcing expertise and passion for identifying passive talent
  • Ability to influence and advise senior stakeholders on role scoping, leveling, and talent market dynamics
  • Data-driven approach to managing pipelines and measuring recruiting performance
  • Comfortable operating in fast-paced, evolving environments
  • High level of ownership, accountability, and sound judgment
  • Ability to recognize the balance between business needs and providing a stellar candidate experience

Responsibilities

  • Build pipelines of candidates for the sales team by developing strategies with hiring managers to find qualified, diverse candidates.
  • Develop talent networks through proactive market research, outreach, and candidate experience.
  • Own the recruiting process from sourcing passive candidates to closing offers, ensuring an exceptional experience for all candidates.
  • Engage with and hire exceptional people who will contribute to Klaviyo's growth.
  • Forge lasting relationships with candidates and hiring managers through empathy and a customer-first approach.
  • Act as an ambassador for Klaviyo through social media, recruiting events, and LinkedIn outreach, serving as the first impression for candidates.
  • Leverage AI tools and automation to streamline recruiting workflows, reduce administrative burden, and increase capacity for high-impact hiring work.
