Requirements

  • Proven Recruiting Expertise.
  • Strong track record of success recruiting for growing organizations.
  • Know how to attract, assess, and close top talent.
  • 5–7+ years of full cycle technical recruiting experience required.
  • Driven & Results Oriented.

Responsibilities

  • Delivering all aspects of a department’s recruiting success through the development of hiring processes and both the implementation of traditional sourcing strategies as well as new and creative recruiting ideas.
  • Playing a crucial role in helping to ensure we continue to hire rock-stars with the best possible skillset and DNA match to the PROS culture.
  • Partnering closely with hiring leaders, acting as a trusted advisor while driving end‑to‑end ownership of searches.
