Responsibilities

  • Own the full recruiting lifecycle, utilizing advanced sourcing techniques, headhunting tools, and local networking.
  • Conduct rigorous screens to vet candidates for both cultural alignment and technical mastery across shop, sales, and corporate roles.
  • Collaborate directly with Store Managers and Executive Leadership to define staffing needs, set expectations, and streamline the interview process.
  • Master the candidate experience, confidently navigating compensation conversations, overcoming objections, and sealing the deal on top talent.
  • Track and optimize core recruitment KPIs (Time-to-Hire, Cost-per-Hire, and Retention Metrics) to report pipeline health to leadership.
  • Elevate our presence on platforms like Indeed, LinkedIn, and social media to ensure we are recognized as an employer of choice.
