About The Position

As a critical member of the Link Staffing Services team, you are responsible for driving full-cycle recruiting, client satisfaction, operational efficiency, and team development within your branch. You will play a vital role in meeting business goals, building lasting client relationships, and delivering a best-in-class service experience.

Requirements

  • College degree or relevant work experience
  • A minimum of two years in a recruiting role
  • Valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle recruiting and onboarding processes to meet weekly hiring KPIs, time-to-fill targets, and 100% order fulfillment.
  • Execute strategic sourcing initiatives, including advertising, community engagement, and leveraging traditional and non-traditional recruitment channels.
  • Screen, interview, and place qualified candidates, ensuring all applicants are processed according to Link standards.
  • Present job opportunities to candidates and negotiate offers to ensure successful placements.
  • Maintain steady applicant flow through daily outreach via calls, texts, and emails.
  • Monitor candidate behavior and labor market trends to optimize recruiting strategies.
  • Build and manage key client accounts, participating in site visits, performance reviews, and strategic conversations to strengthen partnerships.
  • Monitor and support client satisfaction through proactive communication, issue resolution, and arrival/1st day/week check-ins.
  • Expand existing relationships into new departments or service lines to drive account growth.
  • Handle field staff performance issues in coordination with clients to ensure service quality and retention.
  • Mentor and support junior recruiters and administrative staff to improve individual and team performance.
  • Collaborate with the Branch Manager on the hiring, onboarding, and training of new recruiters.
  • Participate in internal training programs to support ongoing professional development.
  • Support business development by generating leads from candidate interviews, reference checks, and field staff feedback.
  • Assist the sales team in setting appointments and expanding professional networks with HR professionals, colleges, and community partners.
  • Consistently create new orders from existing client relationships through strong service delivery.
  • Ensure accuracy of all data in client files, field staff records, job orders, timesheets, and assignments.
  • Participate in and enforce all branch safety programs, handling incidents per company policy.
  • Follow all operational standards, contributing to the efficiency and effectiveness of the branch.
  • Provide timely support to internal departments with accurate information as requested.
  • Maintain budgeted gross profit margins and targeted field staff levels.
  • Participate in weekly branch meetings to drive growth and identify process improvements.
  • Handle opening and closing of the branch office as scheduled.
  • Participate in the on-call rotation and respond to issues per standard protocols.
  • Maintain a clean, organized office environment that meets housekeeping standards.
  • Ensure reliable transportation (own or lease) for conducting required client site visits, maintaining proper insurance and vehicle condition.
