We are seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter with a specialized focus on Go-To-Market (GTM) roles, including sales, sales engineering, marketing, customer success, and related functions. In this role, you will lead the full recruitment cycle in a fast-paced environment, develop and implement effective sourcing strategies, build and refine internal recruitment processes, and partner strategically with hiring managers to attract top-tier talent that aligns with Astronomer’s mission and values.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a strong emphasis on Go-To-Market roles in high growth companies.
  • Experience at a SaaS or cloud-based company
  • Deep understanding of GTM functions and the ability to assess candidates’ fit within these areas.
  • Familiarity with GTM tooling and tech stacks to credibly assess candidates.
  • Experience hiring across multiple GTM segments simultaneously with different hiring profiles and timelines.
  • Experience partnering with Revenue leadership on workforce planning and role scoping, not just filling open reqs.
  • Strong negotiation skills specific to GTM compensation structures.
  • Proven experience in building and optimizing recruitment processes and workflows.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to recruitment strategies and decisions.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Proven track record with recruiter-sourced outbound sequences and the ability to write compelling, personalized outreach that converts passive candidates

  • Experience hiring enterprise sellers with with structured sales methodology backgrounds (MEDDIC, MEDDPICC, or similar)

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment efforts for GTM positions, from sourcing to all the way through offer negotiation and offer acceptance.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers and senior level leaders to understand hiring needs, define role requirements and profile, and develop effective recruitment strategies to successfully bring in best-in-class talent.
  • Develop and execute innovative sourcing techniques to identify and engage both active and passive candidates.
  • Gather and leverage market intelligence to inform recruitment strategies, including understanding industry trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitive landscape.
  • Design, implement, and continuously refine internal recruitment processes to enhance efficiency, candidate experience, and overall effectiveness.
  • Lead closing and negotiations with strong understanding of compensation and equity.
  • Ensure a positive and engaging experience for all candidates by maintaining clear communication, providing timely feedback, and upholding Astronomer’s employer brand throughout the recruitment process.
