Procare has ambitious goals for 2026 and beyond, and hiring the right talent is the first step towards achieving them. The Corporate Recruiter plays a critical role in supporting our business strategy and will partner with hiring managers across the organization to ensure that key hiring initiatives are being met. You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of the recruitment process and will partner with hiring managers across various departments to identify, attract, and hire top-tier talent. Your goal is to deliver an exceptional candidate experience while ensuring our hiring processes are efficient, equitable, and aligned with our long-term business goals. This role will focus specifically on our GTM team to help scale our revenue-generating teams. You will be the engine behind our growth, responsible for identifying and hiring top-tier talent across Sales, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations. As a GTM Recruiter, you aren’t just filling seats; you are a talent advisor who understands the competitive landscape and can effectively sell our vision to passive candidates.
