Axon's continued growth in the Commonwealth requires structured programs that ensure sales operations, product launches, renewals, and go-to-market consistency are well executed across all regions. As GTM Program Manager, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing cross-functional initiatives that enable our sales teams, support operations, and accelerate adoption of Axon’s ecosystem in the Commonwealth. Your focus will be on driving alignment across Sales, CSMs, PSO, SEs, Marketing, and Enterprise functions to ensure we have repeatable, scalable processes that allow us to maximize growth. By bringing rigour to forecasting, renewals, and execution, and ensuring that standards of excellence are consistently applied, you will directly contribute to the effectiveness of our Commonwealth business.
