About The Position

Axon's continued growth in the Commonwealth requires structured programs that ensure sales operations, product launches, renewals, and go-to-market consistency are well executed across all regions. As GTM Program Manager, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing cross-functional initiatives that enable our sales teams, support operations, and accelerate adoption of Axon’s ecosystem in the Commonwealth. Your focus will be on driving alignment across Sales, CSMs, PSO, SEs, Marketing, and Enterprise functions to ensure we have repeatable, scalable processes that allow us to maximize growth. By bringing rigour to forecasting, renewals, and execution, and ensuring that standards of excellence are consistently applied, you will directly contribute to the effectiveness of our Commonwealth business.

Requirements

  • Build and launch a Commonwealth GTM operating cadence that drives consistency in sales operations, forecasting, and RTA adoption.
  • Deliver a clear plan for managing renewals and rewrite opportunities, ensuring visibility and accountability across the team.
  • Develop and roll out standards for trials, handover processes, and execution with measurable improvements in customer success outcomes.
  • Improve forecast accuracy across all regions in the Commonwealth by aligning on definitions of Best Case, Commit, and Weighted metrics.
  • Drive RTA growth by training teams on use cases, creating opportunity frameworks, and removing systemic blockers.
  • Establish an aligned Commonwealth meeting structure with Sales, CSM, PSO, SE, and Marketing to improve cross-functional execution.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate Commonwealth go-to-market programs across sales, product launches, and sales operations.
  • Manage Sales Operations priorities including: Key Renewals, Rewrites Opportunities, Tracking of key activities with our customers in the Commonwealth.
  • Develop enablement programs to raise skill levels across teams: Define and drive standards for “what good looks like.” Establish consistency in trials, handovers to CSMs/PSO, and execution.
  • Own Forecast Management: Drive consistency across regions in forecasting inputs and process. Ensure Best Case, Commit, and Changes are tracked and accurately reflected. Monitor weighted pipeline to ensure positive trend development.
  • Support Real-Time Awareness (RTA) initiatives: Identify and remove blockers to growth. Create new opportunities and train the team on RTA use cases. Develop strategies to scale RTA adoption across Commonwealth customers.
  • Drive internal team alignment: Lead Commonwealth Team Meetings and ensure clear action items. Coordinate broader team communications and announcements. Align CSMs, PSO, SEs, Marketing, and Enterprise functions for GTM execution.
  • Track and report program performance, highlighting wins, challenges, and improvement opportunities.
