About the Role We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Senior Director of FP&A to lead and support our global Go-to-Market (GTM) organization. This role will serve as a key partner to our GTM leadership team, including our CRO, helping shape the strategy, operating rhythm, and performance of the business. This is a unique opportunity to build and lead the GTM finance function during a critical phase of growth. As a senior leader within Finance, you will play a central role in driving how we scale revenue globally - bringing clarity to our growth strategy, ensuring disciplined execution, and helping position Arctic Wolf for its next stage of expansion.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of progressive FP&A experience, with a strong track record supporting high-growth, global GTM organizations
  • Deep understanding of SaaS and cybersecurity business models, including key revenue drivers and operating metrics
  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior leadership and drive strategic, data-informed decision-making
  • Advanced expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and scenario planning in dynamic environments, including the use of AI and advanced analytics to improve accuracy and speed of insights
  • Proven success leveraging data, automation, and AI-driven tools to streamline planning processes, enhance forecasting, and surface actionable insights
  • Proven success operating in fast-paced, high-growth organizations with evolving priorities
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate complex data and AI-driven insights into clear, actionable business recommendations

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary finance partner to global GTM leadership, including Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success
  • Partner closely with the CRO to translate growth ambitions into actionable plans and measurable outcomes
  • Influence key decisions through clear financial insights, scenario modeling, and strategic guidance
  • Lead annual planning, quarterly forecasting, and long-range planning processes for the GTM organization
  • Build scalable revenue, pipeline, and capacity models to support a growing global business
  • Drive alignment across GTM leaders on targets, investment priorities, and performance expectations
  • Analyze pipeline, conversion, and productivity metrics to identify opportunities to accelerate growth
  • Partner with RevOps and GTM leadership to improve forecasting accuracy and visibility
  • Establish KPIs and reporting frameworks that drive accountability and performance
  • Evaluate ROI on GTM investments, including headcount, marketing spend, and programs
  • Recommend resource allocation strategies to maximize growth and efficiency
  • Support pricing, packaging, and territory strategies through financial analysis
  • Build and scale a high-performing FP&A team aligned to the GTM organization
  • Establish strong operating rhythms, tools, and processes to support a fast-growing business
