Senior Recovery Collections Specialist

ClickleaseDraper, UT
$50,000 - $100,000Onsite

About The Position

The Senior Recovery Collections Specialist is more than a collections role—it's an opportunity to own a portfolio, solve complex recovery challenges, and make a measurable impact on Clicklease's success. We're looking for someone who sees every delinquent account as a problem to solve, not a reason to give up. Someone who is naturally curious, resourceful, and persistent. When others stop after a few calls or a voicemail, you keep thinking. You look for new ways to connect, uncover information, and move an account toward resolution while always operating within company policies and compliance requirements. This role offers significant ownership and autonomy. You'll evaluate each account, develop recovery strategies, negotiate resolutions, coordinate repossessions when appropriate, and partner with internal teams to maximize portfolio performance. If you're energized by uncovering solutions others overlook, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and take pride in delivering results through persistence, creativity, and accountability, you'll find a rewarding career at Clicklease.
