About The Position

Cottonwood Residential is looking for a Senior Property Manager to join their Salt Lake City team. This position will manage the Cottonwood Highland and Richmond Apartments in Millcreek, UT. The role involves managing and overseeing the overall operations of the properties, including maintenance and office functions. The Senior Property Manager will regularly communicate with residents, prospects, and vendors, and effectively lead property teams to ensure efficient property operations on all levels. Responsibilities also include managing cost control and revenue programs, developing annual operating budgets, and developing strategic sales and marketing plans. Requirements

• Minimum three (3) years of Property Manager or related experience required.
• Strong leasing, sales, and/or customer service experience.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws is preferred.

Nice To Haves

• REIT (Real Estate Investment Trust) experience preferred.
• National Apartment Leasing Professional (NALP) is preferred.
• Entrata Core experience is a plus.
