About The Position

The Senior Property Management Analyst III analyzes end-to-end property accountability processes, including receipt, storage, inventory, movement, and disposition. The role evaluates material and asset financial records, audit evidence, and performance metrics, then recommends improvements to the Government. It researches complex inventory and logistics discrepancies, assesses causes, and recommends corrections. The analyst also develops or refines standard operating procedures, reporting methods, and process improvements that support quality and risk management, and supports disposition planning, documentation improvements, and technical screening by preparing management reports and briefings. The position requires an active SECRET security clearance and more than 10 years of relevant experience. A bachelor’s or advanced degree and experience in engineering or science management, operations research analysis, financial or cost analysis, or U.S. Navy programs or operations are preferred. Responsibilities
