About The Position

Ready Set Rocket, a Sia company, is seeking a Senior Project Manager (Senior Producer) to lead the planning and execution of integrated marketing and advertising initiatives for clients. The role is focused on senior-level project management across programs spanning multiple disciplines and service types, including creative, strategy, social, paid media, web, video, mobile apps, and emerging technology activations. The Senior Project Manager connects teams and workstreams to bring complex campaigns from scoping through launch and closeout, often across multiple accounts simultaneously. The position owns project financials, including estimating and budgeting, tracking costs and budget burn, forecasting costs to complete, and addressing variances. It also manages scope and change orders, determines project staffing and resource allocation, anticipates risks, and adjusts plans to protect delivery quality, timelines, and profitability. In partnership with Account leads, the Senior Project Manager communicates with clients, explains trade-offs, resolves delivery challenges, maintains project documentation, and guides junior project managers while remaining hands-on with assigned projects.

Requirements

  • 4–5+ years of project management or digital production experience in a 360 integrated advertising agency setting, with substantial experience leading complex integrated engagements.
  • Experience as a lead project manager or producer in an advertising agency, with direct accountability for scope, budgets, staffing, timelines, and delivery across concurrent projects.
  • Hands-on experience estimating and budgeting projects, including defining deliverables and assumptions, estimating hours by discipline and seniority, applying rates, and calculating internal and external production costs.
  • Experience determining resource needs and allocating cross-functional teams, including assessing staffing mix, availability, timing, and freelance costs against project requirements and profitability.
  • Experience delivering multiple service types, including creative production, social, paid media, digital or web builds, content, and video, with an understanding of dependencies between them.
  • Experience managing paid media campaigns and coordinating with media specialists on planning, specifications, trafficking, tracking, launch schedules, and optimization.
  • Strong client-facing judgment, including leading meetings, communicating project and financial status, presenting recommendations, and discussing scope, cost, and timing.
  • Ability to identify risks, diagnose causes, and recalibrate budgets, resources, and delivery plans across connected workstreams.
  • Proficiency with project management, resourcing, and financial tracking platforms.
  • Strong command of project plans, status reporting, meeting recaps, and decision documentation.
