About The Position

Ready Set Rocket, a Sia company, is seeking a Senior Project Manager (Senior Producer) to lead the planning and execution of client marketing and advertising initiatives. This senior-level project management role focuses on integrated campaign orchestration and client partnership, overseeing programs that span multiple disciplines and service types. The production team manages cross-channel campaigns across websites, social media, mobile apps, paid media, video, and emerging technology activations, integrating creative, digital, strategic, and performance work. The Senior Project Manager owns complex projects from scoping through launch and closeout, often across multiple accounts at once. The role is accountable for project estimates, budgets, scope, change orders, resource allocation, forecasts, timelines, risks, and delivery. The position also partners with Account leads in client conversations, maintains actionable project documentation, and guides junior PMs while continuing to manage projects directly. The New York compensation range is $110,000–$135,000, with actual compensation dependent on skills, experience, and qualifications. Consultants in primary market office locations—including New York City—are expected to live within reasonable commuting distance and attend the office at least three days per week. More flexible in-person requirements may apply to consultants outside those markets.

Requirements

  • 4–5+ years of project management or digital production experience in a 360 integrated advertising agency setting, including substantial experience leading complex integrated engagements.
  • Experience serving as lead PM or producer in an ad agency, with direct accountability for scope, budgets, staffing, timelines, and delivery across multiple concurrent projects.
  • Hands-on ownership of project estimation and budgeting, including defining deliverables and assumptions, estimating hours by discipline and seniority, applying rates, and calculating internal and external production costs.
  • Experience determining resource needs and allocating cross-functional teams, including evaluating staffing mix, availability, timing, and freelance costs against project requirements and profitability.
  • Delivery experience across creative production, social, paid media, digital/web builds, content, and video, with an understanding of dependencies between these services.
  • Experience project managing paid media campaigns, coordinating media planning, creative specifications, trafficking, tracking requirements, launch schedules, and optimization cycles with media specialists.
  • Strong client-facing judgment, including leading meetings, communicating project and financial status, presenting recommendations, and navigating scope, cost, and timing discussions.
  • Ability to identify risks early, diagnose causes, and recalibrate budgets, resources, and delivery plans across connected workstreams.
  • Proficiency with project management, resourcing, and financial tracking platforms.
  • Strong command of project plans, status reporting, meeting recaps, and decision documentation.
