About The Position
Glumac is seeking a Senior Project Manager with a mechanical or electrical engineering background to lead complex healthcare projects from concept through delivery in their Los Angeles office. This role involves guiding project financials, schedules, staffing, and day-to-day execution, while partnering closely with clients, design teams, and internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate possesses strong technical depth, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities confidently. A licensed Professional Engineer (PE) is strongly preferred.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering, or 10 years of similar experience
- 10+ years of relevant project management experience
- Strong background in managing project financials, schedules, and staffing
- Proven ability to lead meetings and communicate effectively with clients and design teams
- Ability to commute to the Los Angeles office with ease
- Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

- Experience managing approximately $2M+ in annual work
- Healthcare project experience
- Strong strategic mindset with a big-picture view of project execution

Responsibilities
- Lead planning, execution, and delivery of complex projects, primarily in the healthcare sector
- Manage project scope, schedule, budget, staffing, and financial performance
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal design teams to drive project progress
- Proactively identify risks and implement solutions to keep projects on track
- Support backlog growth, revenue generation, and repeat business opportunities
- Ensure adherence to quality control processes and project standards
- Build trusted client relationships through clear communication and responsive leadership
