About The Position

The Senior Project Manager will drive new initiatives, shape service offerings, and turn ideas into business. The role focuses primarily on launching new initiatives while also overseeing a portfolio of existing projects with established teams. The position works with the unit’s experts and initiates hiring when new capabilities are needed. The person in this role will help define the department’s growth strategy and adapt delivery approaches to each initiative.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in project and/or program management.
• Proven experience launching something new, such as a project, service, practice, or business direction.
• Hands-on experience with proposals, offerings, or presales activities.
• Ability to sell services and solutions and discuss business value with customers.
• Experience with fixed-price projects.
• Comfort with ambiguity and ability to move forward without a predefined process.
• Strong ownership mindset and willingness to initiate, not just execute.
• Hands-on experience with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid approaches.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Upper-Intermediate or Advanced English.

Responsibilities

• Drive the launch of new initiatives and service lines, from idea to first contracts.
• Shape service offerings and value propositions for new and existing customers.
• Lead proposals and participate in presales, working with sales, architects, and delivery teams.
• Oversee delivery of existing projects within scope, time, and budget.
• Build and grow teams, including initiating hiring for new competencies.
• Identify opportunities and risks early and act on them proactively.
• Choose and adapt delivery approaches to fit each initiative.
