About The Position
Run department-level projects across several organizations at a leading biotechnology company in Juncos, Puerto Rico. Own the project plan, budget, schedule, and stakeholders end to end. This is a six-month contract with a possible extension. The shift is administrative, Monday through Friday, and the start is immediate.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and 6 years of project management experience in pharma/biotech; alternatively, a master's degree and 4 years of experience, or a PhD and 2 years of experience.
- Change control and new product introduction (NPI) experience.
- Experience with Ariba, SAP, TrackWise, MS Project, and Excel.
- Fluency in English and Spanish.
Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and close projects.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources.
- Maintain master schedules, anticipate schedule slips, and present options to leadership.
- Lead change controls and new product introduction (NPI) activities tied to projects.
- Run cross-functional meetings and provide status reporting.
