Project Manager - Manufacturing Operations

About The Position
Coordinate manufacturing projects across departments at a leading biotechnology company in Juncos, Puerto Rico. This role is a next step for a project manager looking to grow in pharma, with exposure to manufacturing, quality, and engineering teams. The position is a six-month contract with a possible extension, on an administrative Monday–Friday schedule, with an immediate start.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and 4 years of project management experience, or a Master's degree and 2 years, or an Associate's degree and 8 years.
- Experience with change control.
- Fluency in English and Spanish.
Nice To Haves
- Pharma or biotechnology experience.
- Experience with Ariba, SAP, TrackWise, and MS Office.
Responsibilities
- Plan and track projects, budgets, and resources from kickoff to closure.
- Maintain schedules, risk logs, and status reports for leadership.
- Run cross-functional meetings and follow up on action items.
- Support change controls, purchasing through Ariba, and project documentation.
