About The Position

Mural Group is partnering with a global leader in metals industry plant design, technology, and capital equipment to hire a Project Manager for its Cranberry Township, Pennsylvania office. This is a direct-hire opportunity managing complex customer projects across the steel and metals industry.

The Project Manager owns customer relationships and the project lifecycle for a portfolio of complex capital equipment projects. The role involves coordinating timelines, tracking milestones, working across engineering and technical service teams, keeping deliverables on schedule, and communicating with clients throughout each project. The Project Manager serves as the primary external customer contact from contract through delivery, works closely with technical sales managers, and may travel to client sites as projects require.

Requirements

• Project management or project coordination experience in a capital equipment, heavy industrial, metals, or EPC environment.
• Experience owning customer-facing relationships as the primary contact for external clients on complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects at different stages.
• Technical literacy to communicate credibly with engineers, technical service teams, and plant-side customers.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Organizational discipline to manage a full project desk.
• Willingness to travel to client sites as needed alongside technical and sales teams.

Responsibilities
