About The Position

The Senior Project Manager will lead a large-scale, global and cross-functional B2B eCommerce implementation for the Client’s Peripheral Intervention business unit. The role coordinates delivery across a complex technology ecosystem that includes SAP Commerce Cloud (CCV2), AEM, CIAM, Marketo, MuleSoft, JD Edwards (JDE), IBM iSeries (i5), SmarterCommerce, and other integrated enterprise platforms. The project team includes business process owners, commercial stakeholders, operations teams, technology architects, developers, testers, and external partners across multiple geographies, and will build on eCommerce functionality, workflows, and integrations implemented previously. The work uses a hybrid of Agile and Waterfall methodologies. Customer-facing eCommerce capabilities will be developed through Agile sprints, while software governance, validation, and documentation for regulated back-end systems, as well as process design and training, will use Waterfall or traditional approaches. The Senior Project Manager will work with senior executives and a global team, navigating a heavily matrixed organization and ambiguity to deliver the project. The position is remote and intended for a US-based candidate; Eastern time zone is preferred. Travel may be required, up to 10%.
