About The Position

The role works with internal teams to scope projects, develop work plans, track progress against work schedules, monitor budget progress and burn rates, maintain current plans, and publish results. It creates and presents management reports on project outcomes and status. The position establishes project quality requirements and follows the organization’s established methods for executing and tracking projects. It maintains active project plans in MS Project or similar project and portfolio management software and helps client associates learn and adopt these technologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, engineering, or another analytical field.
• Minimum of 6 years of project management experience.
• History of working in a shared service or BPO organization.
• Mastery of project scheduling skills and project and portfolio management software, such as MS Project and Project Server.
• Mastery in understanding the business, being agile, communicating effectively, and working with diverse groups of people and skill sets.
