MBP is seeking a highly qualified Senior Project Manager with a minimum of fifteen (15) years of experience leading large-scale capital programs and complex design and construction initiatives. The candidate shall demonstrate a proven track record of successfully managing programs with an aggregate value exceeding $500 million, including oversight of multiple concurrent projects ranging from $25 million to $150 million, diverse stakeholder groups, and large multidisciplinary teams. Experience delivering higher education, municipal, and/or K–12 educational facility programs is strongly preferred. This role is responsible for providing executive-level leadership and oversight for a portfolio of architectural, building, infrastructure, and campus development projects. The Senior Project Manager will direct all aspects of program planning, design, procurement, construction, and closeout while ensuring alignment with client objectives, budget constraints, schedule commitments, and quality expectations. Major responsibilities include leadership and management of a large program management team; oversight of consultants, designers, contractors, and construction managers; strategic planning and program controls; procurement and contracting support; executive stakeholder engagement; risk management; budget development and oversight; and coordination among client departments, public agencies, educational stakeholders, and community partners. The Senior Project Manager will establish governance processes, drive decision-making, and ensure effective communication across all levels of the organization.
