About the Role: We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives supporting Patient Support Programs (PSPs), including program launches, transitions, and organizational transformation initiatives. Reporting to the Director, PMO, you will manage multiple large-scale projects across the Biopharma & Provider Solutions business, ensuring delivery on time, on budget, and aligned with business objectives. This role operates as a key contributor in a highly complex environment with significant autonomy and influence across stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience).
  • 7+ years of project management experience delivering complex, cross-functional initiatives.
  • Proven experience managing large-scale projects (e.g., enterprise programs, system implementations, or transformations).
  • Experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).
  • Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • Experience developing and managing project plans, budgets, and schedules.
  • Proficiency with tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, and Microsoft 365.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in Patient Support Programs (PSP), Specialty Pharmacy, or Healthcare.
  • Background in organizational transformation, process improvement, or change management.
  • Experience with system implementations or digital transformation initiatives.
  • Familiarity with SaaS or SDLC environments.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or Scrum certifications.
  • Bilingualism (English/French) is an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale projects and programs, including scope, schedule, budget, risk, and quality management.
  • Drive program launches and transitions for Patient Support Programs and healthcare services.
  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration across business, clinical, and technology teams.
  • Lead organizational transformation and process improvement initiatives.
  • Oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and implementation readiness.
  • Monitor project performance and implement corrective action plans where required.
  • Provide clear and consistent project status reporting to senior stakeholders and leadership.
  • Influence stakeholders and drive alignment in a matrixed environment without direct authority.
