About The Position

Multi-Family Construction Group is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join their team. This role will be responsible for partnering with the Construction Executive on various aspects of project management, including subcontractor interaction, client proposals, and contract administration. The Senior Project Manager will also collaborate with preconstruction, estimating, and scheduling teams, and provide direction to the project team to ensure projects are completed safely and on time. Additionally, this position will perform on-site Project Manager duties for small scope projects.

Requirements

• BS in a Construction related field preferred
• Multi-Family Construction required
• Strong working knowledge of Excel and Word
• Strong prioritization and organizational skills; detail-oriented
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Construction Executive in interacting with subcontractors
• Partner with the Construction Executive in the drafting of client proposals
• Partner with the Construction Executive on contract administration and management
• Work with preconstruction, estimating and scheduling on project estimate and schedule
• Provide direction to the project team to complete the projects safe and on time
• Perform on-site Project Manager duties on small scope projects
