Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in aviation, manufacturing, tooling coordination, or production support
  • Ability to work fully on‑site and travel if needed
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a technical, business, or project‑management‑related field
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications
  • Strong coordination, scheduling, and project‑tracking skills
  • Experience collaborating with suppliers, machine shops, or technical vendors
  • Basic knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills
  • Ability to lead meetings and present project updates professionally
  • Highly motivated self‑starter with the ability to manage multiple tooling projects simultaneously
  • Proficient in MS Office tools (Excel, Teams, Project, etc.)

Responsibilities

  • Manage all tooling activities to support production and maintenance operations.
  • Coordinate tooling schedules, delivery timelines, and project status tracking.
  • Oversee tooling documentation, revisions, and compliance requirements.
  • Work with suppliers on tooling orders, repairs, and lead‑time management.
  • Support daily tooling needs on-site for production, engineering, and quality teams.
  • Monitor tooling inventory, availability, and readiness.
  • Resolve tooling issues and escalate risks as needed.
  • Read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure tools meet safety and quality standards.
