Clark & Enersen is seeking a motivated, proactive Senior Project Architect with 15+ years of experience to join our team in Fort Collins, Colorado. Requirements

  • Licensed Architect with 15+ years of experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills, specifically for project teams
  • Demonstrated ability to clearly communicate ideas and coordinate work efforts with architectural and engineering staff
  • Demonstrated ability to comprehensively document mid-to-large-scale projects in Revit
  • Demonstrated understanding of building envelope composition(s), building materials, building systems integration, building construction types, and overall approach to design execution
  • Knowledge of Revit, Excel, Adobe Creative Suite, and other design tools as necessitated by projects

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for leading coordination, documentation, and specification efforts comprehensively from early design through construction and project completion on projects of multiple scales, types, and locations
  • Mentor and train staff members in documentation approaches, including project coordination and detailing
  • Provide QA/QC and oversight on multiple projects
  • Provide project management and other project leadership responsibilities, alongside project architect role, as needed
  • Assist with marketing, pursuit development, client relationship building, and new client development
