About The Position
The Pratt Aquatic Center is seeking passionate and safety-minded lifeguards to join their aquatics team. This role is ideal for water enthusiasts committed to safety and customer service. Positions are available for Lifeguard I-III, catering to various experience and certification levels. Applicants must be at least 15 years old and possess or be actively pursuing lifeguard certification. Opportunities exist to increase pay by obtaining Water Safety Instructor (WSI) certification, with WSI classes offered.
Requirements
- At least 15 years old
- Currently lifeguard certified or actively enrolled in a lifeguard certification course
- CPR and First Aid Certification
- Ability to enforce rules and procedures of the facility
- Excellent communication skills
- Team player
