About The Position
The Pratt Aquatic Center is seeking passionate and safety-minded lifeguards to join their aquatics team. They are looking for water enthusiasts with a commitment to safety and customer service. Positions are available for Lifeguard I-III, catering to various experience and certification levels. Applicants must be at least 15 years old and possess or be actively pursuing a lifeguard certification. Opportunities exist to obtain Water Safety Instructor certification for an increased pay rate, with WSI classes offered.
Requirements
- At least 15 years old
- Currently lifeguard certified or actively enrolled in a lifeguard certification course
- CPR and First Aid Certification
- Ability to enforce rules and procedures of the facility
- Excellent communication skills
- Team player
