About The Position

Summit Federal Services, LLC (SFS) is seeking a Senior Project Analyst to provide services supporting the National Guard's NGB Staff Support Services. This role involves leading complex NGB ExecSec tasker operations, managing high-visibility, classified, and short-suspense staff actions. The analyst will be responsible for validating OPR/OCR routing, approval levels, suspenses, and package completeness, coordinating across NGB stakeholders, escalating risks, performing quality reviews, and ensuring timely closure in approved tasking systems. This position is contingent on contract award.

Requirements

• 8+ years DoD HQ, ExecSec, staff action, or tasker management experience
• Skilled in high-visibility/short-suspense actions
• Skilled in OPR/OCR routing
• Skilled in suspense management
• Skilled in package QC
• Skilled in Outlook
• Skilled in Teams
• Skilled in Excel
• Skilled in SharePoint
• Active Secret required

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• ETS, ETMS2, CATMS, JSAP, SIPR/JWICS preferred
• Top Secret eligibility preferred
