Requirements

Responsibilities

Support day-to-day delivery of network infrastructure projects, including Dark Fiber, Leased Wave, Bulk Fiber, and IPOOB.
Track task progress and ensure project activities follow defined schedules and milestones.
Facilitate communication across internal teams, carriers, and vendors under senior project leadership guidance.
Participate in project calls, relay updates, and contribute to discussions about timelines, readiness, and risks.
Collect project-specific data from Salesforce, BTP, and executive reports to support planning, design, and requirements definition.
Prepare information packages for design, deployment, and implementation teams.
Create, submit, and track orders in Pega or Workfront for adds, changes, and disconnects.
Monitor carrier implementation progress and support end-to-end delivery activities.
Schedule installations, equipment deployments, testing activities, and cross-connect work orders.
Coordinate with installers, engineers, designers, and remote hands resources.
Update project trackers, dashboards, and milestone logs using project management tools.
Maintain accurate records of statuses, deliverables, and project dependencies in designated databases.
Identify risks, including potential missed milestones, carrier delays, and testing issues, and promptly escalate concerns to the Project Manager.
Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and maintain risk and action registers.
Validate data for downstream processing and organize project documentation on the client drive.
