About The Position

The Senior Project Analyst will manage delivery of advanced digital solutions and work closely with clients to address complex problems. The role guides Agile development of project roadmaps, establishes project milestones, and implements metrics to track progress in a fast-moving environment. It also contributes to client relationships, business development, and employee growth. The position is hybrid and based in Lexington Park, Maryland.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience as a Program and Project Analyst supporting technical projects.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, including SharePoint, Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience scheduling with Microsoft Project.
• Secret clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Atlassian tools such as Jira or Confluence.
• Knowledge of SETR and engineering management basics.
• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity or IT.
• PMP certification.
