About The Position

The Senior Project Analyst/Lead will manage a cross-functional team supporting multiple projects and direct resources to optimize delivery. This role requires operating independently in a streamlined organizational structure. A successful candidate will be equally comfortable leading a team of analysts or a project, exhibit good problem-solving skills, adapt well to changing environments, and operate with initiative. The position requires a Secret security clearance with eligibility to obtain a Top Secret clearance.

Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience related to the functional duties for the Senior Project Analyst/Lead labor category.
• MA/MS degree.
• Secret security clearance with eligibility to obtain a Top Secret clearance.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, MS Teams, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Prepare Contract Deliverable Requirements List artifacts for delivery.
• Assist in authoring Statements of Work.
• Assist in developing acquisition documentation.
• Research and analyze project data and report findings.
• Develop spend plan and schedule baselines and track performance.
• Document risks and mitigation strategies.
• Effectively communicate with stakeholders to gather requirements and report status.
• Develop and maintain project documentation.

Benefits

• The pay range is $105,000-$175,000. Salary will be set based on experience, education, and contractual requirements.
• This range represents the standard pay for this role and is just one component of CRL's compensation package.
