The Senior Programmatic Manager is responsible for overseeing the successful execution and optimization of programmatic campaigns with a high level of media-buying expertise and operational excellence within the retail vertical. This role serves as a strategic partner to clients, manages complex campaigns, and provides mentorship and day-to-day guidance to Account Managers and Coordinators to support their development and ensure strong team performance. DEPT® is a remote-first company, and this role requires candidates to be located in either the Mountain or Pacific time zones.
