The Senior Manager, Programmatic is responsible for the day-to-day technical partner and project management, including but not limited to ad verification management tools, data management platforms, programmatic technology platforms, and ad tech platforms. This position requires effective team management and communication skills and has a focus on leading and delegating team deliverables across multiple agency teams. The Senior Manager, Programmatic represents a person interested in technology, data, and media agency opportunities and is expected to take part in larger areas of agency development- aiding with additional projects, committees and task forces. The Senior Manager, Programmatic is also encouraged to contribute ideas and insights that will benefit our clients. This position requires an individual that has the ability to multitask as well as prioritize requests appropriately, while thriving in a team-based, fast paced and detail-oriented environment. A successful Senior Manager, Programmatic is resourceful and demonstrates the initiative to participate beyond what is required. The Senior Manager, Programmatic position is training intensive. Aptitude for learning new skills (both technical and organic) and procedures is essential. The Senior Manager, Programmatic is expected to be a key resource for both the activation team and internal data sciences teams, as well as the direct client.
