This role will require proficiency in program management with full responsibility for execution success of significant, complex, and high-priority programs and projects. This includes, but is not limited to, owning and driving success across all the following 17 critical facets of program execution: Command & Control Creating a Productive Sense of Urgency Delivering Results Keeping the Team Working Together Creating, Managing, Maintaining, Updating, and Changing Execution Plans Contract Status, Compliance, and Modification Subcontract Status, Compliance, and Modification Staffing and Resource Allocations Costs and Financial Performance Schedule Performance Technical Performance Risk & Opportunity Management Quality Security and Appropriate Classification Consderations Configuration Management Customer Management Communication The above facets encompass the development of cohesive and comprehensive execution plans, financial and contractual baselines, management to budgets and schedules, and the ability to analyze financial data and communicate effectively with all involved internal and external stakeholders. The position requires exceptionally strong leadership and negotiation skills, a deep understanding of product applications, customer markets, and business strategies, and the capacity to drive new business development and foster team growth. Identifies opportunities to apply AI for continuous improvement and innovation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent plus a minimum of 10 years relevant experience; or Master's degree plus a minimum of 8 years relevant experience.
  • Ability to obtain a Department of Defense TS/SCI security clearance is required at time of hire.
  • Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
  • U.S. citizenship is required.
  • Proficiency in program management with full responsibility for execution success of significant, complex, and high-priority programs and projects.
