About The Position

Avalon Consulting Group is seeking a Senior Program Manager to help a large non-profit organization achieve its financial goals by managing complex direct mail fundraising campaigns. This role involves overseeing strategy, budgets, creative direction, production, and campaign analytics. Requirements

At least five (5) years of direct response fundraising experience.
Proficient using Microsoft Office programs including Teams, Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Proven ability to organize and expertly manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Prior experience using collaboration tools like Monday.com and Teams.

Responsibilities

Managing program strategy, budgets, costs, creative direction, and overall campaign development for a large, complex direct mail program.
Coordinating production process by working hands-on with printers, mail shops, and USPS.
Serving as day-to-day point of contact for clients.
Analyzing response data and write final campaign reports.
Drafting client reports and presentations.
