Requirements
- Degree or 10+ years of practical experience considered as equivalent
- Proven track record delivering multi-year, cross-functional initiatives with significant organizational impact
- Deep experience in enterprise systems (e.g., SAP, finance systems, or large platform transformations)

- Certifications in project management or related fields
- Experience leading SAP transformations or finance modernization programs
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, enterprise-scale transformation programs (e.g., SAP or core finance/IT modernization)
- Partner at all levels across the organization to define roadmaps, prioritize investments, and manage dependencies across portfolios
- Drive program strategy, governance, and execution, ensuring alignment to business objectives and measurable outcomes
- Develop and maintain program schedules, deliverables, and achievements
- Orchestrate cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, Finance, and Operations to deliver integrated solutions
- Establish and enforce program governance, risk management, and decision frameworks
- Champion and scale best-in-class program management practices across the organization
- Mentor and elevate other program managers, helping build a high-performing delivery organization
