As a Senior Program Manager, Marketing Operations, you will own the operational engine behind our marketing ecosystem. This role will work cross functionally across Marketing, Creative, Design, Product and key stakeholders. You'll own the operational framework that ensures marketing initiatives move from roadmap to execution with clear priorities, defined timelines, actionable briefs, and seamless collaboration.

Requirements

  • 8 years of experience in Program Management, Marketing Operations, Creative Operations, or a related field.
  • Agency experience is a bonus
  • Experience managing large-scale, cross-functional marketing programs from planning through execution
  • Deep understanding of marketing workflows, creative production, and physical asset development
  • Familiarity with print production processes, merchandising assets, vendor management, and production timelines
  • Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously
  • Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Drive and proactivity - everyone here is a builder and executor

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end program management of marketing initiatives, translating strategy into executable workstreams with clear owners, timelines, and milestones
  • Build scalable processes — intake, briefing frameworks, production timelines, and operating rhythms — that reduce ambiguity and drive consistency
  • Serve as the primary operational liaison with stakeholders, proactively maintaining visibility into priorities, calendars, and roadmaps
  • Partner with creative and studio teams to ensure briefs are complete and blockers are removed
  • Coordinate across agencies, print vendors, and production partners to keep schedules on track
