About The Position

The Senior Program Manager, HR Operations & Transformation will shape how HR plans, prioritizes and delivers work. The role has no existing template to inherit; the successful candidate will bring experience and best practices to design an approach suited to Ichor and its direction, building shared ownership with partners across the organization. This is an influential role working with leaders across HR, IT, Finance and the business, most of whom will not report to the position. The role’s impact will come through clear thinking, sound recommendations, credibility and follow-through. It will create practical structures for requesting, prioritizing and tracking HR work; provide leaders with visibility into priorities, risks, dependencies, capacity and progress; lead cross-functional initiatives through launch and adoption; and help teams use AI and automation responsibly to improve HR processes. The role calls for a builder, critical thinker, trusted influencer and pragmatist who can create useful structure without bureaucracy. Success means teams trust shared ways of requesting and tracking work, leaders make better decisions using an honest view of the portfolio, commitments are delivered with quality, and projects achieve adoption after launch.
