About The Position

The Senior Program Manager will drive critical, high-impact programs that are global and centralized, supporting candidates and Talent Acquisition teams worldwide. This role requires the ability to see both the forest and the trees—diving deep into process design and optimization while developing program strategy and reporting status to senior leadership. You will own a portfolio of strategic initiatives from ideation to execution, delivering VP/Director-level work that enhances Amazon's recruiting operations and candidate experience. This dynamic role impacts Amazon Talent Acquisition, Tech, and global recruiting partners through diverse, high-impact programs. The ideal candidate brings expertise in program design, process development, and strategic initiatives within service or operational organizations. They thrive in ambiguous environments, are passionately curious, and excel at driving visions forward with influence without authority. We seek a detail-oriented leader with proven analytical prowess and a track record of end-to-end ownership in delivering results. This customer-obsessed leader will develop specialized expertise in recruiting operations, working backwards from the customer to craft solutions, strategies, and manage escalations. If you're highly resourceful, strategic yet execution-focused, and ready to make a significant impact in a fast-paced, ever-evolving landscape, we want to hear from you.
